About Us
Charlotte M. Agnone, MD, FACS, is a board-certified Ophthalmologist who specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of eye diseases. She has special interest in laser eye surgery, corneal and refractive surgery, advanced cataract surgery, cosmetic eye surgery and aesthetic procedures. Dr. Agnone graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1990 with honors in internal medicine and surgery rotations where she participated in several cancer research projects. Her internship in medicine and surgery was completed at Riverside Methodist Hospital in 1991. She completed her ophthalmology residency at The Ohio State University (OSU) in 1994. An Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at OSU since 1997, she has judged the Resident Research Competition since 1999 and has been interviewing medical school candidates for the Admissions Committee of the OSU College of Medicine since 2009. Dr. Agnone teaches at the Columbus Division of Police Academy in the Alcohol Detection and Apprehension Program and is a physician volunteer at the Columbus Medical Association's free clinic. She has made numerous international medical missions to Haiti to perform surgery, treat eye patients and assist in the general medicine clinic. Dr. Agnone is one of the Best Doctors in America® for 2011-2012. Only those doctors recognized to be in the top 3-5% of their specialty earn the honor of being named one of the Best Doctors in America®. Dr. Agnone is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American College of Surgeons. She is President of the Union County Medical Society, and a member of the American Medical Association, The Ohio State Medical Association, The American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the Ohio Ophthalmologic Association. Jennifer A. Morrison, MD, is a board certified Ophthalmologist who specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of eye diseases. She has special interest in laser eye surgery for diabetes and glaucoma, advanced cataract surgery, cosmetic eye surgery and aesthetic procedures. Dr. Morrison graduated from the St. Louis University School of Medicine in 1998 with honors in surgical and pediatric rotations, and with experience in geriatric research. She completed an internal medicine internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio, in 1999; and an ophthalmology residency at The Ohio State University in 2002. Dr. Morrison is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at The Ohio State University since 2002, a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. She is a member of the American Medical Association, the Ohio State Medical Association, The American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, The American Academy of Ophthalmology, The Ohio Ophthalmologic Association and the Union County Medical Society. |
