Jill Foster, MD, FACS

Dr. Foster is a board-certified ophthalmologist and specialist in reconstructive and plastic surgery involving the eye and face, at Agnone, Morrison, & Associates, Eye Physicians and Surgeons, Inc. She is Medical Director of Plastic Surgery Ohio and head of Aesthetic Services at The Eye Center in Columbus, OH. She is an associate clinical professor of ophthalmology at The Ohio State University.


After completing her medical and ophthalmic specialty training, Dr. Foster completed a two-year fellowship in orbitofacial surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. She served as the Director of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH from 1992-2000. Her interests include pediatric oculoplastic surgery and cosmetic surgery.


Dr. Foster is a pioneer in the field of cosmetic Botox and authored the first article on subject that was published in a peer reviewed medical journal. She was involved in the FDA approval process of Botox and lectures internationally on the field of cosmetic Botox. Dr. Foster is currently a consultant with Allergan, the maker of Botox. She trains other physicians all over the U.S. in the correct injection techniques and use of Botox.


Dr. Foster is the author of numerous articles, book chapters, and presentations on blepharoplasty, endoscopic brow surgery, mid-face facelift, laser resurfacing, and cosmetic Botox.
